3 powerful functions

• 1 / List all documents in your knowledge base : Get an overview about all documents inside your folders, their indexation status and observe strategic available metadata. Filter and order at your convenience (name, size, date) in your front-end interface.

• 2 / Potential duplicate files : Check for duplicate or multiple versions of documents to easily detect potential versioning issues.

Sometimes, the same files are saved in the wrong folder or multiple versions are saved, which can cause issues for future modifications and maintenance.

• 3 / Type of documents / Extension list : Identify and list all the files types among all your folders. It will show you the most reccurent format, and potential unindexable format.
